Balance between work and family: As simple as this might look, it is one of the toughest challenges women faced in corporate organizations. That ability to find a balance and seamlessly fuse both is something most find challenging.

Discrimination and sexual harassment: One might be surprised that this still happens, but alas it does and most times in places where it is least expected. It also happens to both genders, but studies have shown it’s a lot higher on the womenfolk.

Disparity in wages and salaries: Some organizations have been known to show a blatant disparity in the pay to men and women in their organization. For reasons that vary and are best known to them, they tend to pay higher to men than women.

Rigid work hours: To enable them to cater to their personal needs, most women if not all need workhour that are flexible and would help them plan their schedules. At least having a work time that isn't subject to flimsy changes would be a start.

More challenges are Career gap due to pregnancy, Insensitive questions asked during interviews and Imposter Syndrome.
