Overview:

As the Group Head, of Sales and Marketing at Homework Group Africa, you will be responsible for setting and achieving trackable sales and marketing targets in Nigerian Naira (NGN) across our diverse portfolio of companies within the real estate ecosystem. Your role will involve driving revenue growth, building client relationships, and enhancing the market presence of Homework Group and its subsidiaries.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Sales Target Setting: Develop annual and quarterly sales targets for each subsidiary in NGN, aligned with overall business objectives and growth projections. For example, set a yearly revenue target of 500 million NGN for Homework Capital (H.W.C) and quarterly sales target of 500 million NGN for Homework Development & Properties Ltd (H.W.D).

 

2. Revenue Generation: Lead the sales teams to achieve set revenue targets through effective sales strategies and client engagement activities. Monitor sales performance regularly to ensure targets are met, such as achieving a 10% revenue growth for each subsidiary by the end of the fiscal year.

 

3. Marketing Budget Allocation: Manage the marketing budgets for Homework Group and its subsidiaries, ensuring optimal resource allocation to maximize ROI. For example, 20 million NGN should be allocated to Homework Design & Consultants Ltd (H.W.D.C) marketing activities to increase brand visibility and market share.

 

4. Client Acquisition and Retention: Develop strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones, increasing client base and enhancing customer loyalty. Set a target of acquiring 20 new clients per quarter for Homework Procurement (H.W.P) and achieving a client retention rate of 80?ross all subsidiaries.

 

5. Market Analysis and Forecasting: Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities, market trends, and competitors' activities, and use data to forecast sales and revenue targets. Utilize market data to set realistic growth targets, such as achieving a 15% market share increase for Titan Construction Ltd (T.C.L) by the end of the year.

 

6. Team Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales and marketing teams, track performance against targets, and provide regular reports to senior management. Monitor sales conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and return on marketing investment (ROMI) to assess team performance and make data-driven decisions.

 

7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts with overall business goals, fostering a culture of teamwork and shared success. Work closely with development, architecture, procurement, investment, construction, and facility management teams to integrate sales and marketing strategies into the project lifecycle and maximize business growth opportunities.

 

8. Brand Visibility: Enhance brand visibility and market positioning for Homework Group and its subsidiaries through targeted marketing campaigns, events, and strategic partnerships. Develop a comprehensive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and engagement, setting specific visibility targets such as achieving a 30% increase in brand recognition for Dunvale Court Ltd (D.C.L) within six months.
