PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Given the diverse range of subsidiaries under Homework Group Africa, your role would involve collaborating with teams from Homework Capital (H.W.C), Homework Development & Properties Ltd (H.W.D), Homework Design & Consultants Ltd (H.W.D.C), Homework Procurement (H.W.P), Titan Construction Ltd (T.C.L), and Dunvale Court Ltd (D.C.L) to align business objectives, optimize processes, and drive performance across the organization.

JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Operational Strategy Development:

·       Collaborate with the GCOO to develop and implement operational strategies that support Homework Group Africa's overall business objectives.

·       Align service management operations with the organization's strategic goals and initiatives.

 

2. Operational Planning and Execution:

·       Develop operational plans and initiatives to deliver services and meet business objectives effectively.

·       Ensure the efficient execution of operational activities per established plans and timelines.

 

3. Performance Management:

·       Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of service delivery.

·       Identify areas for improvement and implement performance enhancement initiatives.

 

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

·       Work closely with other departments and subsidiaries within Homework Group Africa to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of operational activities.

·       Collaborate with senior management and key stakeholders to drive operational excellence and achieve organizational goals.

 

5. Budget and Resource Management:

·       Assist the GCOO in managing the operational budget and resources to optimize operational efficiency.

·       Ensure resource allocation aligns with operational needs and financial objectives.

 

6. Risk Management and Compliance:

·       Identify operational risks and compliance requirements and develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to regulations.

·       Implement risk management processes to safeguard operational activities and projects.

 

7. Reporting and Communication:

·       Prepare regular reports on operational performance and critical metrics for review by the GCOO and senior management before they escalate to the Executives.

·       Communicate effectively with the GCOO, providing updates on operational activities, challenges, and achievements.

 

8. Team Leadership and Development:

·       Lead and mentor the service management team to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

·       Develop talent within the team and provide opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
